According to the NEET 2018 Elligibility Criteria,
"No gap year will be permitted between Classes 11 and 12. As per the revised Code 2 of the NEET Qualifying examination codes, candidates will be required to undertake two years "of regular and continuous study of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology".
Based on the criteria for NEET Examinations, you should not have a gap between 11th and 12th grade. Repeating 11th grade is not considered a gap year. So therefore, you are definitely elligible to answer NEET after you answer your board exams. Work really hard towards your goal now. You have had a minor setback but it doesn't matter. Focus on your goal and Go for it! All the very best! Don't stop believing!

Yeah. you are surely be eligible for giving neet ug exam, if you fulfill the minimum qualifying percentage criteria in class 12th given in the official notification of neet ug.
