I have failed in my boards can i still apply for nios?

Hi Aspirant,
Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you as you have failed in class 12th boards examination and want to give N.I.O.S ( National Institute of Open Schooling ) exam which occurs for on demand students for students who gets failed in class 12th you can also give N.I.O.S examination for updating your marks if you have secured less marks in your boards exams also.
