I an extremely sorry to inform you dear but you are not eligible for neet as you failed in physics and thus you will not a seat in medical colleges.
Below is neet eligibility criteria regarding marks in class XII :-
The marks are separate for each category and can be listed as under. The marks to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%

Dear Aakash, the answer is No. You should individually pass all the subjects and complete 10+2. The aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Bioloy should be 50%. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for SC,ST,OBC. And NTA mandates that you should complete 10+2 atleast by the time of admission. In your case, if you havent passed 10+2, you cannot take admission in any Medical College. This rule also applies for AIIMS and JIPMER
