i have failed to apply by online whether it is possible to appear for councelling?

For counseling proceed you must apply through online if failed then check you internet connection and be sure that you have applied successfully because multiple apply with same details may cancel your application ,if your still unable to apply online then better to collect Mobile number of your respective councilor and raise your problem so he might help you
