Hello dear student,
If you want to take admission in Delhi University you need to have a good percentage in class 12th board as you must be aware to take admission in Delhi University you should come under the criteria of the cutoff marks and which is very high every year. if you want to take admission in Delhi University yes you can take admission next year and meanwhile you are pursuing BCom from another state that is completely fine.
I hope this was helpful to you
Best wishes
