I have failed USMLE step 1, Im IMG. Can i reappear for the exam after 3 months of dedicated prep, or have to wait for 4 months to give it again? please do let me know. thank you.

If you have prepared enough and you are confident about your dedicated preparation of three months, then give it a shot . There is no harm in it.
With dedication and consistency, anyone can excel the toughest exam. So, why not you? You can reappear for the exam if you want.
