The Candidates who have passed Class 12 exam from a school situated in Gujarat or Parents of the candidates are from Gujarat or working in Gujarat at the time of admission or the candidates who have passed class 12th from a school situated in Gujarat are eligible to apply for GUJCET 2021 provided he/she must have passed or appear in 10+2 or its equivalent exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and any one among Chemistry/ Biology/ Computer/ Vocational Course Subject. If he/she belongs to general category then he/she needs to score minimum 45% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam. Is she/he belongs to SC/ST/SEBC/EWS category then he/she needs to score minimum 40% aggregate marks.

So according to the criteria if you have passed class 12th from a school situated in Gujarat or if your parents are from Gujarat or working in Gujarat you are eligible to apply even if you do not belong to Gujarat. If you do not fulfill none of the above mentioned criteria then you are not eligible to get admission. If that is the case you cannot claim refund of the application fee or cancel the application.
