I have filled ews category in my neet form and appled for the certificate and i have its recepiet and they told it will take time to get the certificate. during 2 phase of form filling can i upload the receipt?if i didnt get the certificate till than

As you have asked i want to inform you that till now it would have come and if not i want to inform you that you need to show the respective authority while document verification or while during the admission process in college.
