i have filled first counselling of b.ed and fees paid for the same but not got any collage but in other collage i have got admission due to seat available and never attend other round of counselling is it ok

Firstly, let me ask you a point that,
how you got to know that your seat is alloted in so and so college?
.
When you Said you haven't got any seat in counselings that itself says your seat in not alloted in any of the college.
Then the point is how the college will allot a seat after results.

Once again Check yourself by logging in onto official website and clear once again with the result.

If you can see so and so college is Alloted then congratulations.
If you can see no colleges alloted it's better to go for another counselings.
.
Because, As we all know,these days Cyber cases are going on increasing so this may be a scam.

If you really want to go to so and so college, visit the college and ask them to give allotment letter or the prescription saying that your seat is alloted in our college.

But without any proof of admission please do not pay the fees not take any wrong step.
