I have filled for improvement exam for all 5 subject. But what will happen is I don't give exam of one subject? Will my marks will get carry forward?

Which board you are talking about I don't know but if you don't give an improvement exam then nothing will happen. In the revised result, the marks corresponding to the exam you have given for improvement will be updated and the remaining one which you didn't appeared for will be given the same previous marks.
