i have filled mother name with surname in my neet document while in my 10 n 12 marksheet it is without surname will it cause any problem ?

Since you already have an affidavit with you, the should be absolutely no problem. As long as all the documents are correct and everything else is in proper place, you shouldn't be having any problem. I hope your query is answered. All the very best.

which name of my mother should i write during registration for neet counselling???

If she has her surname printed on any government issued ID, it'd be better to write that name.

They ask for candidate name so i write my name only
And when they asked my father name i wrote his name without surname...in total in my neet application form there is no mention of my surname....date of correction is passed away...so will this create any problem during my neet exam or during counselling?all my document (every) has my name sweshri santosh khobragade..will this stop me from getting medical college.. Do filing affidavit can resolve this issue..please help

Santosh Khobragade No, there shouldn't be any issue in that case if you have written your name properly. However I'd advise you to keep an affidavit ready to be on the safer side.
