I have filled my form in merit based but now can I edit it to convert it into entrance based form ??? and how I can edit it

Please do mention the name of entrance exam so that we can suggest helps to you better. Since you have not mentioned the name of entrance exam so what you can do now is that you can just visit the official website of your respective website and check their rules and regulations whether they allow changes or not. And if not then try to contact the officials through mails.
