MBBS admission in Maharashtra is done on the basis of NEET rank only . So, there is no need to fill the form of MHCET further for MBBS admission . But if you fill the form of MHCET you will get the chance of admission in other undergraduate courses like agriculture , dairy technology , forestry etc . So it will create more option to you for your future . Finally if you are only concerned with MBBS admission then be sure it will be done solely on the basis of NEET merit , so relax . All the best .
