yharikunwar Then consider visiting the Officer itself. If that is not possible then reach out to nearest CBSE Office and explain the problem also keep on trying the phone number.

Also, if you have filled the wrong credentials and if you could not provide the proof of category then two things can happen: Either you automatically gets selected in general category OR your registration is rejected. You need to contact an official person to find out which of the above two possibilities will occur.

yharikunwar you can fill another form as long as the phone number and address belongs to you. However, you can even use the same address but proof of identity is what you should be concerned about. You can fill a new form, nothing wrong with it. Good Luck
