I have filled online counselling and paid counselling fees but I missed my first round choice filling in Ipu .. Am i eligible for the second round ? Plz reply it's urgent

According to SCHEDULE OF ONLINE CHOICE/PREFERENCE FILLING FOR COUNSELLING IN B.TECH (THROUGH JEE Main Paper-1 of 2021) PROGRAMME,CET CODE 131 FOR ACADEMIC SESSION 2021-22 (Date 30.09.2021),
Candidates will be given the opportunity to edit/modify/add/delete preferences after the allotment of seat in Round 1 for the subsequent round of counselling.
Therefore, after round 1 ends you can add your choices for colleges.
