You need not to worry for this issue because now your application has been submitted successfully which means now you cannot make any changes to it. So at the time of counselling your result will be demanded by the competent authorities to check your eligibility. At that time when you have submitted the application your result was not declare but now it has been declared so you can present your marksheet in front of them when they demand.
