i have filled the choices but i didn't locked my choices..then did i get the chance to get seat in round 2 ipu counselling for btech??

Hello Dear Student,
If you have not locked your Choices then do not worry, it will be automatically locked by the software on the last date of submission of choice fillings and if your Rank is Good then you will get a College according to your Rank, Category and preferences.
