In order to be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced exam, you have to appear and qualify for JEE Main paper1, You will not be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced if you have filled the form for JEE Main paper 2 (B.Arch) .

JEE Advanced is conducted for admissions to engineering undergraduate courses to IITs, IISERs and IISCs.
The only way to be eligible to give JEE Advanced is to qualify JEE Main Paper 1 (B.Tech).
You would not be eligible to give JEE Advanced if you have filled the form for Paper 2 (B.Arch) of JEE Main.

No, in order to be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced exam you have to qualify for JEE Main paper 1.
In order to take admission in IITs for B.Arch course you have to appear for JEE Main paper 1 to be eligible for JEE Advanced exam then you have to clear AAT exam.
JEE Main paper 2 is to take admisson in B.Arch course in NITs.
