I have Filled the form of hsc improvement exam. But now I don't wanna give this exam. So can I dismiss the filled form ??

Not always things work in our favor and therefore there is no way you can actually cancel your filled form.
However, you can avoid that is not give the exam.
I would advice you to give the exam.
