I have filled the NTSE application form, but as i didn't had a OBC-NCL certificate at that time, i filled my Category as GENERAL. But now i have recieved my OBC-NCL certificate so can i make changes in the Application form within the given deadlines? (deadline : 30 Dec, Maharashtra State)
