I have filled up the choices colleges and branch and saved for Jossa mock result-1. Is clicking lock is require?

Yes dear, save option is just to secure whatever you have filled in the options, but for processing your result clicking on the lock is needed and after you have clicked in lock you won't be able to change the options, but after saving, you can change your options and again save it.
