I have filled wrong year of passing 12th class, what should I do?? No option for editing

thanks for asking your query as you have filled wrong date in the registration form there could be two solution to it either contact the concern authorities with email or telphone or refil the form because in such cases immediate response from the concern authorities are not given so you need to be little alert while filling the form.
