Hi aspirant,
Earlier students from an open educational board were not allowed to appear for neet examination but as per the recent verdict of authorities, students from central or state open university are also eligible to appear for the same. So you can definitely appear for the examination if you complete your intermediate from nios with required subjects and minimum percentage.
