I have forgot my BHMCT username and password please can you help me

Your username and password can be obtained in simple steps
Step 1
Click on the “Forgot Username” link available on the page which will be given below
Step 2
provide you First Name, Registered Mobile Number and Date of Birth which will be asked for verification
Step 3
After providing that you will get your user name at your registered mobile number
Password also can be obtained in similar step, you will get a otp on ur reg. Mobile number where you can change your password
