I understand that you have forgot your registration or candidature credentials for JCECEB 2019 and now to answer your question, firstly do not panic as this situtation can be easily solved. Firstly you need to check your email and phone for any message or e-mail from the authorities regarding your candidature while you filled out the registration form. The message and e-mail should contain your registration number and thus you can retrieve it from there.

If the above isn't the case then you should address this matter to the college authorities thorough speed post  which should mention your credentials accurately and request them to fetch you the registration number and request them to expedite the process.
