Very sad to hear that you have forgotten your VAT user id. But you can regenerate your User ID by following the given steps:
- Go to this Website: http://egov.wbcomtax.gov.in/e_Service_STDS/uid.do
- Click on Generate User ID and Password.
- Enter Your Enrollment Number.
- Select Password Hint and Enter the Password Hint.
- Click on Generate.
Now your New User ID is Generated.
