If you checked the Inbox and Text messages and If you did not find it there, you may have to reach out to the Helpdesk from the registered Email. The email id is: keauthority-ka@nic.in (mailto:keauthority-ka@nic.in) . Unfortunately we cannot mail them on your behalf. So you have to mail them.
