Hello,
Mail to the support@kea or help@kea contact mail. Ask them to help you provide the login credentials. Try with your mail id if it possible to login using registered email.
you should have done it prior to 1-2 days so that you can have time in hand. if help desk will reply late then it will be your loss. Try to search for details if you have written somewhere or you got any mail after registration. look in those mail in your inbox.
