Check the inbox of your Email and messages in the phone with the phone number that you entered during registration process to check if you have stored any communication mail from KEA when you registered and pls check your spam folder in your mail as well, but if you did not found it helpful than please reach out to the helpdesk at: keauthority-ka@nic.in .

You need to mail them from your registered email id, they will reply within 2 days.

To reset password or generate new password

1. Click on link available for candidate login

2. Click Forget  Password

3. Enter the asked details like username or ID, the application no.

4. Answer the secret question asked

5. Submit

6. Enter the password in Create password option

7. Provide the  details asked

8 .Click on submit.

You will receive the newly generated or re- generated password via registered E-Mail or phone no.
