I have forgotten my user id and password of kcet i have called them and emailed them but no response what should i do now??

No need to worry I would suggest you to check your emails and sms box, as it should be somewhere. If you are still not able to find the user Id, once again try to contact them.

I understand that you have forgotten your user id and password of KCET, firstly no need to panic as its just an accident and the problem will be sorted easily.
Since you have not kept a note of your credentials of KCET and since there is no response from the management's part, you can wait for their response indefinitely as it is not much you can do about it.
The other trick you can try in order to fetch your credentials is to check the confirmation e-mail or phone for confirmational texts or e-mails that you received from KCET while registering for the same as it might contain the details of your credentials. Other than this there isn't much you can do about this issue.
