I have freeze the college I got in my CAP1, which isn't my first preference. Am I eligible for CAP2?

Hello there,
Freeze
means that the candidate accept the offered seat and they do not want to
participate in any further rounds of seat allocation.
Such Candidates will not be considered in subsequent rounds
of admission.
So, you are not eligible for CAP round 2.
