There is no problem i getgetting into jnu with a gap between 12 and bsc.You just need to clear the entrance test.Also there is no age limit for admission.

Just keep in mind the eligibility criteria

1) Should have passed 10+2+3 system of examinations from any board,college,university

2) Should have minimum 55% aggregate in final years.
