hi,
see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on number of participants, students category, seat matrix, number of vacancy in psus etc. according to previous years you have chances in iit roorkee, iit guwahati , however for psus you have less chances . but I suggest you to apply for all psus which recruitment comes.
