I HAVE GATE SCORE 427 GENERAL CATEGORY. CAN I GET IIT BHU MTECH CERAMIC ENGG . OR MATERIAL SCIENCE IN IIT BHU OR IIT KANPUR?

If you General category candidate then it is pretty difficult to get Material Science in IIT BHU. IIT Kanpur is out of Reach.
Last year the cutoff was around 630 for IIT BHU. I know coutoffs varies from yera to year but in this case it is difficult to vary that much.
You can try to in Winter Session. Hope you can get.
