You have decent chances with following colleges into mtech civil engineering :
- IIT delhi rock engineering and management
- IIT Guwahati
- IIT Bombay offshore engineering
- IIT roorkee
- If you are targetibg tier1 colleges like IIT Madras and Kharagpur cjances seem low as cutiffs well above 700.
