I have general rank in JEE MAIN-2018 is 150948 and OBC rank is 45728 . Can I get any NIT, IIIT or any good college??

Look man total no of OBC candidates were around 60000, and you got 45000 rank so you should look for colleges under UPSEE panel instead of looking for NITs or IIITs. I am sure you will get a better result there.

This rank is not enough for NIT or IIIT if you don't belong to home state quota for few NITs. Few NITs give admission to home state quota candidates like NIT Mizoram. But stille, You have very less chance for NIT or IIIT. You can get good private colleges.
For SC/ST candidate, They can get NIT with this rank.
