Dear Meghana, you cannot generate a new RUC for the same application. If it was a fault during the basic registration phase, you could have registered fresh. But Final registration has no corrections. Please write to the helpdesk at: aiims.pgexams@gmail.com and see if there is something that can be done because from your end, unfortunately there is nothing that can be done.
