To get a seat in any government college you need to have a score of 550+ to be on the safe side. You have not a too good score but you have category reservation so you can try. But the chances are not much. You can get a seat in a private college for MBBS. You can better try in private colleges. I cannot tell the exact colleges you can get as the cutoff varies every year.
