I have given 12th admit card( surname then name) as id proof for neet ug form whereas according to my 10th certificate (name surname) order of name is changed, should I carry an affidavit in exam hall, will it create any problem

Hello Aspirant,

See you should change your name during NEET UG correction window and put it as per the class 10th passing certificate of NEET UG, this is because in the instructions given by NTA for NEET UG 2022 it is clearly mentioned that the name of candidate should be same as mentioned in the class 10th marksheet so kindly follow that instruction and change your name in the correction window to the name mentioned in your class 10th marksheet/passing certificate.
