I have given 12th cbse exam in 2018, but I have not given the jee mains. Can I give jee main and advance in 2019 and 2020 continuously.

You can give JEE main paper in 2019 and 2020 but you only able to give JEE advance paper in 2019.
As for JEE Advance paper there is only 2 attempts ,in which one attempt is once when you give your boards and another attempt after one year of board.

Since, there is no age limit to be eligible for JEE Mains so yes you are applicable. However, candidates need to pass 10+2 or the equivalent exam.
