Given your rank in IPU CET-146, you have a chance to getting into colleges affiliated by GGSIPU. There are many good colleges that offer B.Com (H) and many students apply for the same all over Delhi and outside Delhi region and as if last year cutoff, you have chance of clearing it through the counselling. But it is also difficult for you to get into top colleges of IPU as Maharaja Surajmal Institute(MSI) as the cutoff there is high.
