Reappearing now will not be of any benefit to you. Dropping a year is in itself a big thing, and you have already done it. Now if you are planning to drop again and that too for your 12th marks is not a good idea.

Rather you should now be moving forward in your life and try to go for a college. You have crossed the 60% mark and now you could apply for many colleges. Do not go for things like state board and all. Marks are not everything and you should not be dwelling this much in your past now.
