if you are a candidate who passed his or her 12th in 2019 and not taken addmission in any course then your neet ug qualification code is 02.
the code 02 belongs to the candidates who have not taken addmission in any course after his 12th exam.it's not matter how many time you attempted the neet exam.
remember before filling the neet ug application please read the bulletin or prospectus carefully.
