Dear Student,
You have to submit all the documents as same as you did it in first year for the up scholarship form.
- Last Qualifying Exam Mark Sheet
- Category Certificate
- Family Income Certificate
- Bank Passbook
- Fee Receipt Number
- Annual Non Refundable Amount
- Enrollment Number
- Student ID Proof
- Aadhar Card Number
- Seat allotment letter
- Afidavid on 10rs stamp of oath of family annual income and bank account details
- Income declaration
- Migration certificate from school
That is the list of documents you have to provide along with your scholarship form every year so I would suggest that you make 3 sets of all the documents and submit 2 sets in institution and keep one for future reference.
