I have given my willingness for upgradation as yes in a medical college i got through neet round 1 counselling. now I have got a college through state counselling. how can I opt out of 2nd round neet aiq counselling and get back the refundable money?

Dear aspirant,
According to your question and taking into consideration that you have opted for upgradation after your 1st round of counselling.
The conductive body should have provided option for exit or withdrawal from the counselling.
If it is not provided don't worry they will provide surely and your money will be refunded.
