I have given NTSE stage 1 took on 4th November 2018 I belongs to SC category and on checking paper by answer key i have got 128 marks.

The qualifying cut off of NTSE 2019 is 32% for SC/ST category students separately in MAT and SAT papers. Your score seems fair enough to qualify the first stage of NTSE 2019 but getting selected for the second stage of NTSE 2019 depends totally on the NTSE cut off 2019 released by your state. This will be released along with the result.
