According to your GMR rank i.e. 5k, you can definitely get the CSE branch in Jadavpur University, Kolkata.
I can provide you the previous year Opening Rank (OR) and Closing Rank (CR) for ST category candidates.
In 2018, after Round 1-
OR- 5139 and CR- 10,331
In 2017, after Round 1-
OR- 3696 and CR- 9516
In 2016, after Round 1-
OR- 3229 and CR- 5339
