i have gone to arc in 1st round for betterment If i go for 3rd round ,i have to go to arc in second round or not

Dear Reader,
You cannot directly jump to a round. You will have to maintain the sequence of counselling and lock your seat if alloted. If not alloted then you can go for next round and re-fill your choices. But you have to participate in all rounds untill you are satisfied with the allotment.
