Congratulations on passing JEE mains. Don't be disheartened with the scores as they are just a number and you can be very successful irrespective of the rank. Some of the good colleges that would gladly allow an admission are:



1. Amity University

2. Jaypee Noida

3. UIET Chandigarh

4. UPES dehradun

5. Galgotia University.

Etc. Etc....

Your rank is really high to get a good government college for engineering through JEE-MAINS paper-1.

However, if you are a Delhi General candidate, then you can try for INDIRA GANDHI DELHI TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY FOR WOMEN ( IGDTUW). It is really good college for Girls situated in Kashmere Gate and is UGC approved.

Can't say about others, but you would be able to get Mechanical Engineering in that after 4-5 rounds of JoSAA counselling.

So, make sure to apply for that.
