Since the qualifying marks for OBC/SC/ST Candidates in NEET UG 2019 is 96, hence you will definitely qualify the examination, and therefore you will certainly be eligible to register and attend the online counselling sessions for admission in various private and government colleges through NEET. Getting admission into a government MBBS medical/ Dental college through this score is not possible though.
